You retain ownership of any videos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service. You represent that you have the right to upload the content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

You agree not to use Video to Prompt to upload or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, infringing, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not abuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure.

The Video to Prompt name, logo, design, and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. Generated prompts and outputs are provided for your use, subject to your compliance with these terms and any applicable third-party licenses.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Video to Prompt and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. We do not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
